  • On-site Support included routine desktops troubleshooting, mission critical file/ print/ mail servers in Microsoft Server, Exchange and/or Lotus Notes Domino operating environment;
  • Telephone and/or Remote Support from our engineer(s) included general telephone technical support services, however not exceeding twenty (20) minutes per call; and
  • Initialization Support included engineer(s) on-site to carry out a general walk through of initial network audit to establish a support baseline; and comes with optional Remote Access support service.

2. INTRUSION PREVENTION SUPPORT PACK [IPSP]

Implementing & deploying proactive Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) technologies by enterprise and SME organizations will result in fewer successful so-called blended attacks such as Trojan horse, Worms, Port scanning, DoS, etc. This means more efficient use of scarce corporate security resources and lower operating costs as well.

By investing in our IPSP package, corporate and SME organizations can achieve superior protection for their networks and a proven ROI, all designed to be at a very attractive or affordable price.

IPSP comes with On-site Support 8x5x4, within 4 hrs or Next Business Day response, per annum or renewable. The key features are:

  • Time: 9am to 5pm, ex-works Singapore; Monday to Friday (Excludes Sats, Suns and Public Holidays);
  • Troubleshooting and arrange one-to-one swap upon fault confirmation; client must have valid hardware warranty;
  • Up to 5 on-site incidents per contract [limited to 1 hour per site call]; and
  • Limited Phone and Email Support from designated engineer(s).

3. INTRUSION PREVENTION MANAGED SERVICES [IPMS]

IPMS comes with NSS approved IPS along with On-site Support 8x5x4, within 4 hrs or Next Business Day response, per annum or renewable. The key features are:

  • Price: “ZERO” upfront capital investment cost
  • Option to purchase: At the end of contractual period, customer is given the option to purchase the used IPS from 20% of the original market price
  • Low TCO and worry free on recurring costs
  • Time: 9am to 5pm, ex-works Singapore; Monday to Friday (Excludes Sats, Suns and Public Holidays);
  • Troubleshooting and arrange one-to-one swap upon fault confirmation; client must have valid hardware warranty;
  • Up to 5 on-site incidents or routine servicing maintenance or IPS reporting per contract [limited to 1 hour per site call]; and
  • Limited Phone and Email Support from designated engineer(s).
